Majority of you keep wondering about how the Guarantor letter demanded by the school for clearance/registration should be written.
On this article I'll be guiding and also giving you an hint on how your Guarantor letter for clearance and registration should be written by your Guarantor inorder not to have issues at school when coming for registration.
Whosoever you choose as your Guarantor must arrange the letter by following this steps.
Step:
All Your Guarantor Need To Do.
1. Your Guarantor letter must begin with two addresses. One for the writer on the RIGHT side of the letter and the other for the school registrar on the LEFT side if the letter.
2. Then of course, the letter must begin with a normal formality of DEAR Sir/Madam.
3. Then the heading of the letter (Guarantor Letter)
4. Body of the letter.
5. The letter must end with Sincerely, Yours Faithfully/ Guarantor Name
6. The Guarantor must sign his signature above his name.
7. Remember the letter must be typed and printed before the Guarantor signature.
